Handstands

Looking to improve your handstand practice? Book us for a handstand workshop where you will learn techniques to help you achieve better balance and stability in your handstand. We will begin with a warm-up to prepare your body, followed by drills to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. You will learn how to properly engage your core, hands, and shoulders, as well as how to properly kick up into a handstand. We will also cover various handstand variations such as press to handstand, one arm handstand, and and how to safely exit a handstand. All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided.
